The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) indicate that more than 78% of adults, age 50 and older, are at risk for health problems related to lack of regular and sustained physical activity. Individuals can greatly reduce their risk of dying from heart disease and decrease the risk for colon cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure by engaging in regular physical activity.
Aquatics :
The following classes are the FREE aquatic classes that come with your membership. They are separated by either the Health Seeker (low impact/beginner participant) or by the Active participant (intermediate/advanced participant).

Senior Commit to be Fit is for people age 55 and older and is led by a Wellness Coach in a non-intimidating and supportive environment.
This class will provide you with the opportunity to work in a group setting, while making new friends and learning how exercise can produce positive benefits in your life. No experience necessary! Healthy Lifestyles Center, Tue & Fri 1-3pm.

Book your massage with our new on-site, experienced licensed massage therapist. Massage therapy is provided by Everwell Massage Therapy. Appointments are open to both members and non-members of the YMCA.
