The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) indicate that more than 78% of adults, age 50 and older, are at risk for health problems related to lack of regular and sustained physical activity. Individuals can greatly reduce their risk of dying from heart disease and decrease the risk for colon cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure by engaging in regular physical activity.

Senior Workout
This class is for people age 55 and older and is led by a Certified Fitness Trainer in a non-intimidating and supportive environment. This class will provide you with the opportunity to work in a group setting, while making new friends and learning how exercise can produce positive benefits in your life. No experience necessary! Register at the member relations desk.Location: Wellness Center Tue & Fri 1:00–3:00pm.
